We are looking to fill an open position in our commercial sales department with an organized, team member who has experience in commercial construction and floor covering. The responsibilities include project prospecting, print takeoff, field measuring, product sourcing and pricing, bid formulation and submittal, product ordering, organizing files for others to execute the contract, field coordination, job site meetings, coordination of all paperwork from submittals to invoicing. This position requires a good communicator who is honest, organized, and a problem solver. This is a full-time position with full benefits including health, paid vacation, Personal time off, Retirement with Employer match, use of company vehicle, phone allowance. Compensation can be negotiated as a hybrid of salary, and commissions with a weekly minimum draw. Average expected compensation is between $50,000-$100,000+ yearly.
