I have been born and raised in the flooring industry. I have been an owner of our store for 33 years. I love being an entrepreneur, expanding our product offerings and services across the board to build a complete full-service design center. I love that I get to work with my family every day. My wife, my children, my brother, and various nieces and nephews. When not working (which is rare) I enjoy spending time up north with my family, golf, yardwork, and polishing the old cars that I have restored.

For the past 27 years, I have managed the vital behind-the-scenes operations of our family flooring business, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and human resources. Having married into the flooring family 33 years ago, I originally took on this role to balance a meaningful career with the flexibility to raise my children. I pride myself on being a selfless resource for our team and our community. I find true joy in helping others and always providing a supportive ear to lean on.

I joined Christoff and Sons February 14, 1988 joining my father Chris Christoff in the installation team, I then in rolled in Armstrong school in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Mannington vinyl installations and continued to apprentice under my father until his passing in 1992. My brother Ted Christoff and I became partners after our fathers passing. We remained partners for 35 years until 2023. I am now semi-retired and enjoy the position I have at Christoff and Sons in the lead estimating role for all the residential jobs in the Jackson and Battle Creek offices.

Growing up in the family business gave me an appreciation for the importance of hard work, integrity, and, above all, putting customers first. After spending time working outside of Christoff & Sons, I returned full-time in 2019 and have been fortunate to take on a variety of roles throughout the company. No two days look the same, and that's one of my favorite parts of the job. While I wear many hats behind the scenes, everything I do comes back to one goal: creating the best possible experience for our customers.

I have been with Christoffs Flooring for 23 years. I started as the Warehouse Manager, worked my way up to the installation manager and am now currently the Operations Manager. I also bind area rugs. I am blessed to have such a great work family. My joys outside of work are spending time with my husband, our children, grandchildren, family, and friends. My favorite hobby is cooking.

For the last 5 years I have worked at Christoff and Sons Floorcovering as the Show Room Manager. I have 35 years of retail experience, so that gives me the opportunity to work on inventory and new products that come into the store. I enjoy working with customers and seeing their projects come to light with the sales staff. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and golfing.

I grew up in the floor covering world, having a brother, father, uncles and cousins who install all types of floor covering. When I started following my dad around picking up trash and putting tools away at 10 years old, I never imagined where the road would take me. My 30 years of dedication to my craft has helped me to excel at not only understanding my customer’s needs but providing the proper solution for the situation at hand. Project managing, commercial estimates, or an in-home consultation to coordinate your new window coverings with your new living room carpet, I’m your girl.

I specialize in Hunter Douglas window treatments at Christoff & Sons. I love getting to know my clients and helping them find solutions that fit both their home and their lifestyle. My goal is to make the design process simple, enjoyable, and personalized to each client's needs, so you can feel confident every step of the way. Outside of work, I'm a proud mom of two daughters. My faith, family, and community are at the heart of everything I do. I look forward to getting to know you and helping create a space you'll love for years to come.

I have been working in the flooring industry for 10 years with time spent in both the warehouse and now full-time sales. Flooring is clearly in my blood as I am a 3rd generation flooring professional currently working at our Battle Creek location. When I’m not at work, I enjoy building Star Wars Lego sets with my wife Taylor and our two kitties, Olive and Martini.

I’ve been with Christoff & Sons for 14 years and have over 22 years of experience as a kitchen and bath designer and flooring specialist. I enjoy helping homeowners and builders create beautiful, functional spaces to bring their vision to life. I can assist with nearly every aspect of your interior project at Christoff & Sons from flooring and cabinetry to countertops, tile, and more. In my spare time, I enjoy going on adventures with my husband, Tim, and making memories with our wonderful children and four grandchildren. I absolutely love being a grandma! I am truly blessed!

I have been in the flooring industry since I was little. I grew up with a flooring installer as a dad. I would help pick matching grout colors and binding for carpets. As I got older, I became the runner going to different stores picking up supplies and delivering them to the jobsite. I graduated from Adrian College with a degree in Interior Design. After that I joined the Christoff’s team in April 2012 as an assistant and grew in full-time sales and kitchen design. When I’m not working, I like to work on my own home, crocheting, crafting and spending time with my two toy poodles.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I built my career around exceptional customer service and creating positive client experiences. In 2018, I transitioned into design consulting, where I combined my passion for helping people with my eye for detail and functionality. Today, I'm dedicated to guiding clients through every step of the design process, creating spaces that are both beautiful and tailored to their unique needs. When outside of work, I love doing anything outdoors- camping, fishing, hiking or just having a campfire and good food with family and friends.

I've been in the flooring industry as a salesperson for 32 years. I started out in the Brighton/Howell area for 13 years. Then I moved to Jackson and have now been here 19 years, selling all kinds of flooring. My desire in flooring is to have all my customers happy with their selections & make the house look beautiful and comfortable. I think you should always treat all of your customers with compassion. For those that know me or do not know, I am a Detroit Red Wing nut, my nickname is Redwingvick, I love going to the games and collecting bobbleheads and I also love the Detroit Tigers.

I’ve spent more than 52 years helping clients bring their homes to life through thoughtful design and quality flooring solutions. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of hard surfaces, textiles, layouts, and interior styling, allowing me to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional. I love working closely with clients to find the perfect products for their homes and believe great design should reflect the people who live in it. When I’m not in the showroom or working on a project, my greatest joy is spending time with my large family, especially my 23 grandchildren.

I have been in the flooring industry for 34 yrs. Five of those years my husband and I owned our own little mom and pop carpet store in Ann Arbor, then proceeded to work for a carpet store for 25 yrs after selling our business. I have been at Christoff’s for the past 4 years, and I am just in awe of how this store is so beautiful. We work as a team and the staff here is wonderful. I am passionate about helping my customers find the perfect product for their projects. I have spent my career transforming houses into homes and love to hear about my customers' satisfaction on the finishing touches.

I have a strong background in home building from an empty lot to a final product, with an emphasis on framing, finish carpentry, and cabinet and countertop installation. I have also completed over 20 years in the restoration and emergency mitigation service, with the focus of water, fire, mold, and complete repairs to homes and commercial properties, bringing them back to pre-loss conditions. Serving as an emergency service manager has instilled upon me a work ethic that pushes me to complete projects through even the worst of conditions and circumstances.

I bring over 15 years of dedicated industry experience as our lead floorcare technician. Specializing in delivering exceptional service, known for my attention to detail as well as commitment to customer satisfaction and taking pride in building lasting community relationships.

Based in the Battle Creek area, I work in the warehouse at our Battle Creek location, helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

I’ve always believed that if you’re going to do something, you should do it right the first time. That’s the mindset I bring to every job at Christoff & Sons Floorcovering. I take pride in installing floors that not only look great the day they’re finished but will last for years to come. I enjoy all types of flooring, from carpet to luxury vinyl plank, laminate, and hardwood. I pay close attention to the details because I know they’re what separate a good installation from a great one. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter.
