We provide professional carpet cleaning, carpet repair, upholstery cleaning, area rug cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, and hardwood floor cleaning for homeowners throughout Jackson County, Calhoun County, and communities within about 30 miles of either showroom.

Most of our customers are homeowners with active households, including kids, pets, guests, who want their carpets to look and feel fresh without harsh chemicals or a long wait to get their rooms back.

Our Cleaning Services

Carpet Cleaning: Hot-water injection/extraction cleaning that lifts dirt and old detergent residue out of carpet fibers — not just off the surface.

Upholstery Cleaning: Safe, fabric-appropriate cleaning for sofas, chairs, and other upholstered furniture, recommended every 12–24 months.

Oriental & Decorative Area Rug Cleaning: Specialized care for delicate and high-value rugs, cleaned to protect color, fiber, and fringe.

Carpet Repair & Restretching: Ripples, seams, snags, or carpet that's come loose from the tack strip — our technicians repair it on-site throughout Jackson, Battle Creek, and surrounding communities like Michigan Center, so you don't have to replace carpet before its time.

Scotchgard™ Protection: An optional protective coating applied after cleaning that helps carpet and upholstery resist future spills and stains.

Odor Elimination: A natural bacterial-enzyme treatment that digests organic odor sources — pet accidents, spills, and more — at the source, not just masks them.

Tile & Grout Cleaning + Sealing: Deep cleaning for tile and grout lines, with optional clear or color-seal treatments to protect against future stains.

Hardwood Floor Cleaning & Refinishing: A multi-step scrub-and-neutralize process that restores shine without the residue regular mopping leaves behind — plus full refinishing when floors need it.

In-Store Soft & Hard Surface Cleaning Products: Stop by either showroom for spot removers, cleaning kits, and maintenance products to use between professional visits.

Our Carpet Cleaning Staff

FAQ: Carpet Cleaning

About 20 minutes per room on average, depending on furniture, soil level, and any spot treatments needed.

Yes, at no charge. We're trained to move most furniture safely and place it back on protective padding. A few items (pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds) we won't move.

Typically 8–24 hours depending on humidity, temperature, and airflow. Fans and your HVAC system can speed things up.

No! That myth usually comes from cleaners that leave soapy residue behind. Our hot-water extraction process leaves little to no residue to attract dirt.

We can't guarantee every stain will come out, some substances permanently discolor fibers, but our technicians will assess before starting and we stand by a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the work we do.

Our price includes spot treatment, furniture moving, and a 10-day satisfaction policy, with no hidden fees. Our technicians are always background-checked, drug-tested Christoff & Sons employees — never subcontractors.

It depends on foot traffic, kids, and pets, but most homes benefit from professional tile & grout cleaning at the same interval as carpet — about once a year.

Our carpet cleaning is a professional and technician-performed service. We don't rent or sell carpet cleaning machines. We do carry spot removers and cleaning kits in-store at both showrooms for maintenance between professional cleanings.
